Sparkulars are fantastic for venues that cannot have fireworks. Yes, Sparkulars can be used both indoor and outdoor, however they use powder to produce the effect therefore they will not work in wet weather.

Yes, the sparks are hot and have a safety distance of 1-1.5m. It is confusing as Sparkulars are called “cold Sparks” but this is only in comparison to the pyrotechnic version.
